- When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address, this allows us to process and fulfill your orders.
- We also ask for your telephone number which enables us and our couriers to contact you to ensure a speedy delivery of your order.
- We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store.
- We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, new products and special offers we think you’ll find valuable. We will at the very most e-mail you twice a month and each e-mail will contain an offer of some description.
AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability, in the event of goods being temporarily out of stock an advice note will be sent by email and goods will be dispatched as soon as available.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once you have finished shopping you will go through to our secure checkout area where you will be asked for the details required to process your order, once complete you will then be issued with an order number and confirmation of your order by email.
PAYMENT
Internet transactions are processed via our secure ordering facility on a secure server through PayPal or Stripe.

The price listed on the Website (the ‘Price’) for breslinspharmacy.ie products (the “Products”) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. Orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until after the weekend as weekend deliveries are not available through our courier.
Should there be a delay in processing your order for any reason – you will be notified immediately.
All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.

Not happy with your purchase?
At Breslin’s Pharmacy we want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but we know that sometimes you may want to return items, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We cannot refund the delivery charges incurred in delivering the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
To return an item, please contact us by email or phone giving the reason for the return and your order number, then wrap the package securely and either send the package to the address below or we can arrange collection at a discounted rate of €5. If the item being returned is faulty, the collection fee does not apply.
