When we receive your order it will be processed within 3-5 working days and dispatched. Once your order is dispatched from our store it will be delivered by Fastway Couriers. Due to circumstances beyond our control some deliveries may take longer than expected due to strikes, incorrect address, our selected couriers’ operational failures etc. Please ensure you pay careful attention to the address box and contact phone number at the checkout stage as this will form your address label for shipping. Failed deliveries from the courier cannot be replaced until the item is returned by our courier to us. In the event of a failed delivery, the goods are returned to us promptly by the couriers. Once we have received the goods back we will ring you and try and verify your correct delivery address or we will cancel your order if required.
We currently only ship within the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that our couriers will attempt to deliver to the address stated on order. However, in the event where customer is not at this address, the courier will either leave it with a neighbour or make a second attempt at a later date. If a courier is not able to deliver to you directly, a direct call will be made to you notifying you of the status of the delivery and to arrange an alternative delivery date or time.
Local Pickup Service
For your convenience we offer a Local Pickup service in store. This service is free of charge. Simply select “Local Pickup” when checking out online. Once we process your order (within 3-5 working days), you can collect it in your store within 1 – 2 working days. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
Not happy with your purchase?
At Breslin’s Pharmacy we want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but we know that sometimes you may want to return items, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
We cannot refund the delivery charges incurred in delivering the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
To return an item, please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone giving the reason for the return and your order number, then wrap the package securely and either send the package to the address below or we can arrange collection at a discounted rate of €5. If the item being returned is faulty, the collection fee does not apply.
